So I’m on the ThinSlim Diet. which is like HCG but not…

On Phase 2 Day 2 Tomorrow, we’ll see if this stuff actually works… 

Has anyone tried HCG drops or Raspberry Ketones???

REALLY wanna know if these things actually help with weight loss, or if it’s all commercial

Eat Junk, Look like Junk?

False. I know people who eat straight junk (McD’s everyday) and don’t gain a POUND. I know people who eat crazy healthy everyday and don’t lose weight, or stay the same weight. 

Your body is special :) Your body is UNIQUE! And metabolisms vary from person to person. 

If you’re trying to lose weight, eat clean and exercise hard! But if that apple pie is calling your name, don’t freak out! Just cause you had an extra slice of pie for dessert doesn’t mean all your weight lose has gone down the drain! Just keep working towards your goal! Spoil yourself once in a while :) 

I’m pretty sure all your friends, of all different body times indulge in junk food once in a while, and if they haven’t… well… maybe you should show them the light :p
