Eat Junk, Look like Junk?

False. I know people who eat straight junk (McD’s everyday) and don’t gain a POUND. I know people who eat crazy healthy everyday and don’t lose weight, or stay the same weight. 

Your body is special :) Your body is UNIQUE! And metabolisms vary from person to person. 

If you’re trying to lose weight, eat clean and exercise hard! But if that apple pie is calling your name, don’t freak out! Just cause you had an extra slice of pie for dessert doesn’t mean all your weight lose has gone down the drain! Just keep working towards your goal! Spoil yourself once in a while :) 

I’m pretty sure all your friends, of all different body times indulge in junk food once in a while, and if they haven’t… well… maybe you should show them the light :p 

I’m so sadden by these “______ isn’t sexy, fit is” photo’s

They are predominantly ”Thin isn’t sexy, fit is” and these ones I have a major issue with. If someone is naturally skinny, how are they still not beautiful? People need to stop with these “Anti-skinny, yay fit bodies” photos. If you want to lose weight the healthy way (HUGE emphasis on healthy) and look skinny that’s cool. If you want to lose weight the healthy way, and look fit that’s cool too. But there shouldn’t be any “Boo this type of body, Yay this type”.

Love the body you have, and let that LOVE of your body be your motivation. I promise if you’re using hate as a means to motivate your weight loss, you’re going to end up so empty when you’ve achieved your weight loss. If you didn’t love your body now, you’re not going to love it when you’ve lost the weight.

SO CONFUSED WITH MY BODY!

So when I work out, and eat a super healthy diet restricting myself from goodies, I barely lose weight.

When I don’t count calories, and eat whatever I feel like (I dont binge) I lose more weight…

I so :S
