The only meal plan I need :)
Seriously guys I’ve been eating like this for the past few weeks and it works. I cut out processed foods, but have the occasional snack. I also have 1 small piece of chocolate a day where I mindfully eat it (mindful as in I think about the taste and texture and how I feel about it) and it really works.
Of course I normally add a late snack of say a piece of cheese or fruit or peanut butter depending on if I feel hungry and that’s only because of my weight and activity level because you learn that sometimes your body will not function on 1,200 calories. I tried that and I was hungry all the time.
Now I listen to my body if my stomach starts shooting hunger pain I eat and don’t get me wrong I still have my weak moments when I struggle with thinking I’m hungry, but slowly as I pay more attention to my body I learn to eat only when it needs to eat and it’s working I’m losing weight way better than before.
Keep in mind I’m mixing this witch active workouts of cardio and weight lifting as well 5-6 days a week.
In the few weeks I’ve been doing it I finally dropped that extra 5lbs I gained during December and it’s not coming back so far so good I say.
Keep in mind I’m posting this like this because I realize not everyone has the money to spend on a meal plan and I don’t think they need one. My issue with meal plans is the ingredients. You see I end up getting food for one meal and not being able to use it again in time before it goes bad so what I do each week is pick up items that can be used in multiple meals or I create meals that I can eat multiple days in a row this way my food bill stays low, I stay satisfied and my fridge isn’t growing a science project.
In the mean time if it doesn’t work you should see if their is someone you can just talk to maybe a womans clinic that offers support or can help you talk to a nutritionalist (someone whose authorized) or even if your in college check for free resource often times you’ll see that their are free options out there to help you. I say this because sometimes I think certain body types and genetics just don’t deal well with certain foods and you may not know it. I think one diet could work great for one person, but suck for another and sometimes I think their could be an underlining health cause to it. All I know is play it safe don’t jeapordize overall health and be smart about it…this way you can save money, face, and you learn how to survive later on when you are at that goal weight and don’t want to say pay for a meal plan anymore. ;)
That’s my opinion so feel free to disagree if you like, but as you can see I have a no-nonsense approach to things.
